Hola! We are the Oursbourn’s!

We are newly appointed Assemblies of God World Missionaries. Our journey has been quite extraordinary as we never set out to be in ministry or missions. We set off pursuing secular degrees and careers, but God radically changed the trajectory of our lives and is leading us on an amazing, faith-filled adventure.

For our first term we will be serving in Barcelona, Spain. Spain and Europe have so few people claiming to know Christ that it is a spiritual wasteland. Most Europeans do not personally know Jesus and have never met even one person who does. In the area we will be serving, there are only 0.4% Evangelical Christians (this is on par with many Middle Eastern countries).

We feel our secular background will help us relate to and build relationships with the secular society of Europe. Our hearts are to see people come into a relationship with Jesus and pursue His will for their lives, and find true joy, peace, hope, and fulfillment that this world cannot provide. He has equipped us with skills and experiences in digital communications, marketing, creative design, technology, storytelling, and graphic arts and is calling us to use them in Europe to expand the reach of and elevate the Church. We will look to infuse these strategies and technologies to help the Church more effectively build relationships with people and communicate the Gospel in a clear way.
